Chef Angelle holds an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts and Occupations, Louisiana Technical College, CTTIE Level 2 Certificate, Culinary Arts/Chef Training and Occupations, Louisiana State Department of Education. Registered ServSafe Examination Proctor, Certified ProStart Instructor, Certified Culinary Educator (CCE); and a Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC) by the American Culinary Federation. He is a member of the National Restaurant Association and the Louisiana Restaurant Association Education Foundation.
Chef Angelle has over twelve years of experience as a Culinary Instructor at both the high school and college level.
He started his career in the culinary industry at a young age and worked his way up through the ranks to Executive Chef. At the age of thirty, Chef Angelle began his teaching career in culinary and has trained several hundred students over his years of teaching.
Chef Angelle is a well-organized and highly motivated instructor. He incorporates the use of technology in the classroom and is experienced in teaching all courses in the curriculum. Chef Angelle serves as a mentor to both the current faculty and students.
