Chef Roshni Gurnani, known to many as Chef Rosh, is a familiar face. She is a Chopped Champion, Hell’s Kitchen survivor, and Beat Bobby Flay competitor. Most recently, she competed on the Iron Chef hit show, Alex vs.America.
Rosh started her culinary journey at the age of 13 and hasn’t looked back since. After graduating from culinary school, she packed up to work and travel the world, learning about different cuisines and cultures. Her work has taken her to India, Thailand, the UK, and Europe before settling in the USA.
She has won multiple international and national awards and was named one of the top 5 Indian chefs in the United States. Along with being a James Beard-nominated chef and cookbook author, she is a board member for Sabes Wings, an NPO for those stricken with cancer, and I’ll Have What She’s Having. In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering and participates both nationally and internationally with various charities and nonprofits.
