Our Legacy
Sammy and Donna Fontenot, proud fifth-generation farmers and ranchers. Our family’s agricultural roots run deep, beginning five generations ago in Jeff Davis Parish, nestled in the heart of beautiful Southwest Louisiana. Over the decades, our family has cultivated a diverse range of crops and livestock, including beef, rice, crawfish, soybeans, and, in the 1940s and 1950s, sheep raised by our grandfathers. Agriculture has always been the foundation of who we are and where we are today.
Our Mission
We offer high-quality packaged beef year-round from our commercial cow/calf operation, delivering premium, locally grown, grass-fed beef directly to you. Enjoy the benefits of our products with your family.
Farm-to-Table Program
Ten years ago, we launched our farm-to-table program to connect our customers with wholesome, locally raised beef. We continue to offer our beef products to families, with processing handled exclusively by Coastal, our trusted beef processor.
How to Purchase
We provide a range of beef options, including individual steaks as well as whole, half, or quarter portions—ensuring comprehensive selection from tongue to tail. All products are sourced directly from our farm. Our operating hours are set according to our farming schedule; please contact us in advance at 337-802-3426 to arrange your beef pickup.
