Brooke Miller LeBlanc is the founder and creative visionary behind Southern Provisions SWLA®, a Louisiana based luxury provisions and craft cocktail company inspired by the culinary traditions and hospitality of Louisiana.

What began as a small batch artisan preserve company quickly evolved into a growing hospitality brand known for its elevated cocktail mixers, gourmet provisions, and signature beverage programs designed for restaurants, private golf clubs, and premier culinary events.

Rooted in the flavors of Southwest Louisiana, Southern Provisions SWLA celebrates Louisianas rich culinary heritage while presenting it through a refined, modern lens. Each product and cocktail is crafted to deliver the essence of Southern entertaining with bold flavor, thoughtful detail, and an unmistakable sense of place.

Today, Southern Provisions SWLA partners with country clubs, restaurants, and luxury hospitality venues across Louisiana and Texas, providing signature cocktail programs and curated beverage experiences that elevate the bar and dining experience.

Brooke’s philosophy is simple: great hospitality begins with great flavor and memorable moments shared around the table. In her own words “every cocktail/mocktail mixer should be a taste you chase” through Southern Provisions, she continues to bring the spirit of Southern entertaining to new audiences while showcasing the creativity and craftsmanship of Louisiana’s food and beverage culture. On track to release “The Proper Southern Bloody” into retail by next quarter with proven concept established by local mixologists and restaurants from Texas and Louisiana Golf Courses and high-end retail.
