Dustin is a self-taught/mentored cook turned Chef with 6 years experience. He has worked under the likes of Chef David Phillips and Restaurateur Ben Herrera since 2019. He has honed his skills and become an award winning Chef in SWLA.

Chef Dustin strives to serve his guests familiar flavors and dishes produced from the best ingredients locally available. As a resident of SWLA, he is passionate about sustainable local seafood and produce. Fresh fish, rice, beans, and smoked meats and sausages are amongst some of his favorite local fare.
