Executive Chef,

L’Auberge Lake Charles

I grew up in upstate New York and started my career in the kitchen at a small resort. I went on to culinary school, and after graduating, I moved to Las Vegas and worked at Rio, Paris, Ballys, and Ceasars Palace. I moved back to New York, purchased a small neighborhood Pub, and sold that business after five years. After leaving New York again, I worked in Pittsburgh as the Executive Chef for a Casinos Steakhouse. I moved to St Louis, was an Area Chef for another casino, and ran three restaurants and an Event Center. Next in my career, I was the Assistant Executive Chef at L’Auberge Lake Charles in Louisiana. Then, I left Louisiana to open up the Guinness Open Gate Brewery in Baltimore, Maryland, as the Executive Chef. Then, after three years at Guinness, the opportunity came up to return to L’Auberge Lake Charles as the Executive Chef in 2021. In my personal life, I am an avid cyclist and triathlete. I ride for ChefCycle, which raises money for No Kid Hungry, and I also have completed two full Ironmans.
