A Massachusetts native, Larry graduated from Lagrange High School and went on to study Culinary Arts at Sowela Technical Community College. His history with 121 Artisan Bistro takes him back to 2008, where he worked his way up to Restaurant Manager by 2012. His next move was to Otis and Henry’s in Isle of Capri Casino before moving on to The Market Place, then  Pitt Grill, serving as Assistant Manager. By 2014 he began his tenure at Vic and Anthony’s in Golden Nugget Casino, progressing to Executive Chef before coming full-circle to make his way back to 121 Artisan Bistro, assuming the Executive Chef position. Larry is a multi-talented chef with an all-around skill set coupled with poise under pressure. He is a true leader committed to excellence.
