South Louisiana Bayou Eats is a locally owned and operated small business based in Prairieville. Founded just over a year ago, we began by doing what we do best – boiling crawfish and shrimp for families and friends throughout Prairieville, Geismar, and Gonzales.

Since then, we’ve had the privilege of catering for large companies, graduation celebrations, private parties, and local breweries across the area. While seafood is our speciality and passion, our menu goes far beyond the boil. We offer a wide variety of options including soulfood, pastas, and delicious homemade desserts.
