Zant discovered his passion for food at a young age while eight of those years were spent working hand in hand with Ryan Trahan. Continuing to hone in on his passion as Vestal’s Executive Chef, Zant controls the day to day operations with ordering, scheduling and all the way down to execution. With culinary experiences ranging from simple sandwich shops to fine dining restaurants, Zant strives to serve good food with a unique experience. Zant lets the ingredients speak for themselves with his refined techniques.
